首都大学東京 渡邉研究室 アーカイブ研修③
首都大学東京 南大沢キャンパスの学園祭の中で行われた、渡邉英徳先生の公開授業。
約１００名の受講生がいらっしゃいました。
年配の方から広島女学院の高校生と、幅広い年齢層の方々が参加されていました。
その後、ヒロシマ・アーカイブ製作チームは、少し遅いランチを渡邉先生とご一緒しました。
その中で、渡邉先生から明日の実習のお題が出ました。
「『GoogleEarth』以外のコンテンツを用いて、ヒロシマ・アーカイブ作成するとしたらどんな手法があるか？」
う～ん、難しい。どうする？
ただ今、夜の９時を過ぎました。
ホテルフロント横のミーティングルームを借りて、各グループがアイデアを出し合っています。
考えがまとまったグループから、私の前で発表。
具体的な中身に触れると明日の楽しみがなくなってしまうので、ここでは公開しませんが「とにかく面白い！」
脳細胞の柔軟性とこの発想の斬新さ！
日本の未来をこの子供たちが造っていくんだと感じています。

おはようございます。
昨日の文化祭から一夜、今朝の広島は快晴です。
今日から２日間、ヒロシマ・アーカイブ製作有志メンバー１５名は、首都大学東京 准教授 渡邉英徳先生の研究室を訪問し、アーカイブ研修を行います。
早朝７：００。広島発ののぞみ１１４号で東京に出発です。
みんな元気です！
今日からの実習を、ヒロシマ・アーカイブ製作に活かすべく、しっかり学んできます。

高１PS（Peace Studies）：人権学習第２回

平和を実現するために必要な人権感覚を部落差別問題から学びます
部落差別について知る②
最初に前時に出てきた意見をクラス内で共有しました。同じクラスでも多くの異なる意見があることに気づけたことでしょう。共有した意見をもとに、それに対する自分の考えをまとめました。
また、前時の意見の中には、「部落差別はもう過去のものなのではないか」というものが見られました。そこで、現在にも根強く差別が存在していることを、差別落書きや差別ビラを例として学びました。
次に、過去起こった結婚差別の事例を学んだ後、「もし身近に結婚差別が起こったら、自分ならどうするか」ということを考察しました。
多くの生徒が、結婚差別について自分のこととして考察し、しっかりとまとめることができました。

10th Grade Peace Studies: Human Rights Study Part2
To achieve peace, students study a sense of Human Rights through a discrimination against outcast.
Become aware of a discrimination against outcast – Part2
We shared the opinions from the previous lesson among the class. Students may have noticed even among their class, there were many different opinions.
In the previous lesson, some said that they thought the discrimination against outcast a past thing. So, students saw some discriminative graffiti and flyer and learned the discrimination was still around.
Next, they thought about how they would react if there was marriage discrimination around them. Many students worked as its their own problem and collected their thoughts.

渋谷教育学園渋谷中高 高１生徒来校

本校と同じSGH校、渋谷教育学園渋谷中高から、高１の生徒10名が本校を訪れてくれました。 同校では、高校1年生に広島の原爆・核兵器を学習しているチームがあり、自ら企画を練って広島研修を行っているそうです。両校で「広島・核・平和、高校生ができること」についてプレゼン、意見交換しあいました。「もっと話したかたった！」と両校の生徒とも非常に楽しそうでした。今後もつながりを強めたいと思います。
Ten 10th grade students from Shibuya Kyouikugakuen Shibuya Junior & Senior High School, which is also one of Super Global High School, visited Jogakuin. They have a group of 10th grade students who study Hiroshima A-bomb and nuclear weapons and they planned study tour to Hiroshima by themselves. Both Shibuya Kyoikugakuen and Jogakuin made presentation on “Hiroshima - Nuclear - What High School Students Can Achieve” and exchanged opinions. Students from both schools seemed to enjoy this meeting very much and said “We wanted to talk more!” We wish to continue to strengthen our relationship with Shibuya Kyoikugakuen.

沖縄尚学高校との交流会

沖縄修学旅行２日目。
今日は、平和学習の２日目でもあります。
平和の礎→平和祈念資料館→糸数アブラチガマ→ひめゆりの塔＋資料館。
オキナワを継承する語り部の方々のお話を聴き、沖縄戦の「想い」をしっかり胸に刻みました。
その後、「「平和」の創出」に向けた交流会に参加するメンバー３２名と沖縄尚学高等学校に向かいました。
沖縄尚学高等学校からは、「しらゆり学徒隊」に関するプレゼンテーション。
広島女学院高校は、以下の７グループの発表を行いました。
①広島女学院の平和教育
②平和公園 碑めぐり案内について
③核廃絶 署名活動について
④沖縄戦とその学習を通じて
⑤戦後の沖縄とその学習を通じて
⑥ヒロシマ・アーカイブについて
⑦歴史から考える私たちの未来
その後、上記テーマについて、グループワークを実施。
さすが高校生！ すぐに打ち解け、様々な角度から議論が展開されました。
午後６時半、別れを惜しみつつ、交流会は終了しました。
ご無理を申し上げたにもかかわらず、こうした会を開催してくださった沖縄尚学高校の先生方、生徒の皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。
Day 2 of school trip to Okinawa.
Also, the second day of Peace Studies.
Cornerstone of Peace Memorial → Peace Memorial Museum → Itokazu Abuchiragama → Himeyurinotou and Museum.
We listened to memories of Okinawa from a survivor and grasped the “thoughts and feelings” of people in Okinawa on Battle of Okinawa.

Afterwards, 32 students headed for Okinawa Shogaku High School to participate in the meeting for “Creating ‘Peace’”.

Okinawa Shogaku High School students made a presentation on “Shirayuri Gakutotai (Shirayuri Student Troops)”.
Jogakuin made following 7 presentations;
- Peace Education at Jogakuin
- Tour guiding Peace Monuments at Peace Memorial Park
- Participating a petition for eliminating nuclear weapons
- Battle of Okinawa and its study
- Post war Okinawa and its study
- Hiroshima Archives
- Our future through history
After the presentations, they split into different groups and discussed on above subjects.
Just as you expected, they got on very well and had heated debate in various angles.

At 6:30pm, the meeting ended with good spirits and left Okinawa Shogaku reluctantly.
We appreciate teachers and students of Okinawa Shogaku very much for hosting this event.

グローバルセミナー ～修道中高との共催

9月27日（土）に修道中高と「グローバルセミナー」を共同で開催しました。グローバル化の波はもはやとどまるところを知らず、生徒も高校や大学を卒業した後も恐らく避けては通れない世の中になってくるでしょう。そのような世界で、中高生はどのような力をつける必要があるのか、また海外に進路を求めるというのはどういうことなのか、などについて、3人の方からお話をして頂きました。
福原正大先生は本校のグローバル教育のアドバイザーとして様々な面においてご協力頂いております。保護者、生徒向けのご講演は今回で既に5回目ですが、回を重ねるごとに人数が右肩上がりで増えています。今回のお話では、今後、日本がどのような道を歩むのかという概論とともに、そのなかで子どもたちに期待されている能力、その育成方法などについて「白熱教室」さながらにレクチャーして頂きました。
「台湾留学サポートセンター」からは安蒜（あんびる）さんに来て頂き、台湾の大学に留学することで、中国語も英語も学べること、高い教育レベルの割には学費が安いことなどの説明がありました。「グローバル」というと、どうしても英語や英語圏の国に目が向きがちではありますが、「台湾」という選択肢は参加者にはとても新鮮だったようで、事後アンケートでも多くの質問が出されました。
ベネッセコーポレーションは修道、本校ともに模擬試験やスタディーサポートでもお世話になっていますが、今回は海外の大学に進学することの意味についてお話頂きました。例えば、日本の大学との併願でも受験勉強は進められること、結局は学校での学びが海外の大学を選ぶ際にも基盤となることなどについて豊富な資料とともに説明して頂きました。
土曜日の午後ということもあり、あまり参加が見込めないのではと思っていましたが、杞憂でした。両校合わせておよそ230人の参加があり、また生徒の姿も多く見られ、特に中学生の関心が高いのが印象的でした。全体としてこれだけの参加者があったということ自体、「グローバルな世界」で生きていくことに対し、ヒントになるものを探っているということの現れであり、今後もこういった企画をシリーズ化する必要性も感じました。
On Saturday 27 September, we hosted “Global Seminar” with Shudo Junior & High School. Globalization is unstoppable movement and it will be impossible to avoid facing it when students graduate from high school and university. Three speakers talked on subjects such as what sort of skills students should gain in such world, and meaning of searching their career and study options in abroad.
Mr Masahiro Fukuhara has been our advisor on global education and supporting us in many aspects. This is his fifth lecture for parents and students at Jogakuin, and the audience has been growing more and more each time. This lecture, he talked about expected skills in children and how to develop these skills as well as his overview of the future of Japan. It was very intense like the popular TV program “Hakunetsu Kyoshitsu (Justice with Michael Sandel)”.
Ms Anbiru from Taiwan Study Abroad Support Centre talked about the benefit of studying at a university in Taiwan including learning both Chinese and English and its reasonable tuition fees albeit its high education level. We tended to think English and English speaking countries when mentioning “globalization”, but Taiwan was a new option to the audiences and had lots of queries in the questionnaire after the seminar.
Benesse Corporation, who has been assisting Shudo and Jogakuin with mock exams and Study Support, talked about the meaning of going university abroad. They explained with plenty of information materials, it was possible to apply universities in Japan and abroad at the same time and it would be based on what students studied at school when selecting universities abroad.
We were worried that there would be only few audiences as it was Saturday afternoon, but it was a needless concern. There were about 230 people attended including many students and it was notable that we had many interests from junior high school students. Having so many audiences confirmed that people are searching for hints to live through “global world”, and we felt it was necessary to serialize this kind of seminar.

高３PS(Peace Studies) 核軍縮交渉ゲーム！

高３のLHRでは、２回目の「交渉ゲーム」を行いました。議題は、「核軍縮」です。各生徒が各国大使になりきり、国益と全体益を天秤にかけながらネゴシエーションを展開しています。白熱した議論、同盟の成立、難航する交渉…かなり盛り上がりました。
結果、条約が締結できたクラスもできなかったクラスもありましたが、生徒たちは楽しみながら核軍縮交渉を体験することができました！
12th Grade students took part in “Game of Negotiation” for the second time at LHR. The agenda was “Nuclear Disarmament”. Each student acted as an ambassador of different country and negotiated balancing between national and global benefits. Heated debates, agreements for alliances, tough negotiations… The lesson was really lively.
In the end, some classes concluded a treaty and some didn’t, nevertheless students enjoyed the experience of negotiations on nuclear disarmament.
