ＳＧＨ 今週の実践

今回の高１ＰＳは鍵山彩さんとリー･サルーンさんの御夫婦をお招きしての講演会でした。

鍵山さんは、大学卒業後、小学校教諭として5年間勤務された後、青年海外協力隊としてカンボジアへ行かれました。現地では、シェムリアップ州小学校教員養成校で情操教育の指導をされておりました。

サルーンさんは、カンボジアの内戦下、少年兵としてポルポト派と戦った経験を持たれる方です。内戦の様子を、ご自身の体験をふまえてお話し下さいました。

鍵山さんのお話の中で登場した「技術移転」というキーワード。サルーンさんが熱く語ってくださった内戦。前回のPSでカンボジアの歴史、痛み、そして世界が注目するカンボジア、という３つのテーマに分かれて学習をしましたが、実際のお話を聞いてそれが深まっていきましたね。

「平和を創り上げる」とはどういうことなのか、また追究していきましょう。

This afternoon 10 diplomats from five countries (Indonesia, Malayasia, Myanmar, the Philippines and Thailand) came to Hiroshima to attend a UNITAR training program on nuclear disarmament for South East Asia.

Part of this program included talking with the youth of Hiroshima. Three students from Hiroshima University and one from Jogakuin had a chance to discuss and exchange opinions about nuclear disarmament education. Jogakuin was very honored to be a part of this valuable experience.
