Congratulations to all of the new graduates of Jogakuin. You have worked very hard to get to today. Like Mr. Kurose said, today is not only graduation, but also commencement. Jogakuin has laid a great foundation for your future success. 
Today is the day before high school graduation. The Ko3 students came to school for the last time before they graduate tomorrow. Graciously, they presented flowers to each department in the high school and each grade in the junior high school. They also made wonderful cards to go with the flowers. Good luck in the future, it has been a pleasure teaching you!!
For several years now, JICS (Jogakuin International Cooperation Society), has been doing many great things to promote peace and international understanding. The members devote much time and energy to help make the world a better place. This week they have been collecting money for a charity and put up posters to promote their work. It is small things like this that make Jogakuin such a special place. 
Today after school, the Korean Culture Club made sweets. Everyone was having a great time. Thank you for organizing it!
暖かくなったと思ったら、また寒くなり、つらい日が続きますが、どんなに寒くても女学院生は元気です。写真は高1のあるクラスの昼休みの風景です。何をしているのか分かりますか？これはクラス全員でダンスの練習をしているのです。女学院では中3と高1の体育の授業で"ダンス"をします。授業で習うダンスのほかにも、自分たちで振り付けを考えたりするので本当に楽しいです。そして期末テスト明けには、中と高1合同でダンスの発表があります。これは毎年とても盛り上がるので楽しみです。(写真部高1)
The progress of the new building is moving along pretty quickly. A strong foundation makes for a strong future. 
This week and last week all of the junior high school students are having an interview in English. Students have prepared very well and are demonstrating a great ability to communicate in English. Keep it up!
シンガポールにあるアメリカンスクールから男女高校生20人と引率の先生2名が来校されました。キャンパスツアーの後、食堂にて学食体験！ 天ぷらうどんが大人気でした。昼食後は生徒と交流会。若いとすぐに打ち解けますね。大盛り上がりでした。最後は書道体験授業。「いのり」「ヒロシマ」「平和」を短冊や色紙、扇子に一生懸命書いていました。
このように一日限りの交流会も本校では年間５～１０回くらいあります。ゲストにとっても、本校生徒にとっても楽しいひとときです。
朝方まで降っていた雨もやみ，６時間目に中１は縮景園に行きました。ちょうど見ごろとなった梅の花と香りを楽しみながら，友達と一緒に春を探します。国語の時間に学習した俳句にも挑戦！来週のＨＲの時間に清書し，クラスで発表します。
今日は、高1・高2で小論文コンクールが行なわれました。高1のお題は「常識がどのように成立するか」というものでした。100分もあったのでとても疲れました。昨日からテスト前2週間です。勉強頑張ります
